Sheet metal rolling machines | rolling metal sheet and sheetmetal strips.
Sheet metal rolling machines come in 2,3,4 roll configurations, roll configuration depends on the shape to be rolled,
simple cylinders, cones, ellipse, ovals etc
For simple cylindrical metal sheet rolling the options are:-
simple fully manual operation metal rolling machines,
powered rolling machines with electronic read outs, some manual functions.
For rolling the more complex metal shapes, or the volume production of cylinders, ellipse, oval, triangular,
or bespoke shapes, then there are the options for fully automated rolling machines with NC or CNC Controls
many options such as in-feed out feed tables etc
All models above 700 mm bend length have ‘crowned’ rolls

To produce a rolled cylinder the Urethane lower roll has a top forming tube (mounted onto a upper arm) pressed into it, to form a ‘rolling hollow’
the sheet metal is then introduced to the rolling hollow’ to produce the rolled cylinder
To change the rolled cylinder diameter is easy, simply change the diameter of the forming cylinder .
The typical thickness for these machines ranges from 0.2 mm up to 3 mm, in some special cases
even up to 4 mm, with steel metal sheet widths from 50 mm up to 2000 mm.
