Standard Specification
Belt Driven Electric CNC 'E 'Press Brakes use an O-Type body system to reduce frame
deformation during a bend cycle, the top bending beam power [Y axis], is with a belt & pulley system
driven with 2 Synchronised Servo Motors, additionally springs assist the upwards return movement
of the top bending beam
The MVD iBend ‘E’ Series Electric Servo Synchronised Press Brake standard specification commences with:
4 Automatic axis being: [Y1+Y2+X+ R], with Optical Linear scales, manufactured by GIVI [Italy].
The 2 automatic backgauge axis are the [X+R] axis, with 2 flip up back gauge fingers
plus 2 manual axis being [Z1+Z2 ].
The standard MVD backgauge offers ‘Options’ of up to 7 automatic axis
Available Tonnage: 100 ton to 200 ton
Available Bend Lengths: 2600 mm | 3700 mm | 4100 mm
Top Beam Stroke: 300 mm | Throat Depth: O-Type body system | daylight 505 mm
CNC Control: CybTouch 8 – 2D graphical – 7” ’Touch Screen’,
Offering control of up to 4 automatic axis, manual bend order,
bend profile & ‘Easy Bend’, with a tooling library.
PC 1200 offline software There are several other controller options, please ask
